VINO ROSATO BACIOROSA APPASSIONATO 2021

Most of our rosés are from Provence however they are not the only region to make delicious light rosés. We also have some crackers from the Loire, Languedoc, Bandol, and further afield from South Africa, but only the Italians can come up with a name like Vino Rosato Baciorosa Appassionato 2021!

From Tommasi in Veneto, this delightful rosé (which translates as "rose's kiss") is made from the same grapes as for Valpolicella: Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara. It is matured in stainless steel tanks (i.e. no oak), is light at only 12.5%, and has delicate flavours of red fruits and orange.
