The Ultreia Godello is a wine with a sense of delicacy and is yet full of flavour, luscious without being cloying with lime and stone fruit flavours, it is interesting, dry, and great with food. Produced from 85% domaine fruit, just 15% comes from purchased grapes and each year this “entry-level” white seems to grow in finesse. Aging takes place in barrels of various sizes and ages.
