TRAJARINHO VINHO VERDE ADEGA DE MONCAO 2021

A nice aperitif and also great with fish and shellfish. Very light (only 11.5% ABV), fresh, every so slightly effervescent and slightly saline with gentle white stone fruit and lemon zest on the palate. Made from 60% Alvarinho (same grape as Albariño) and Trajadura (40%) in the middle of the Vinho Verde region on the Spanish/Portuguese border.
