The flagship of this iconic Stellenbosch producer, named after the Renaissance monk François Rabelais - a Bordeaux blend of 93% Cabernet Sauvignon with 7% Petit Verdot is crammed full of silky black fruits – super smooth and good for at least another 10 years or so.  Pairs well with beef and game dishes.
