SOLI PINOT NOIR 2021

You don’t expect such high quality Pinot to come out of Bulgaria but Edoardo Miroglio’s winemaker learnt his trade in Piedmont, Italy (where Barolo is made) and his finesse is evident. This is great value Pinot – lovely bouquet, silky tannins, sweet red fruits, elegant with a long, savoury finish, it could be from Burgundy (and at half the price).
