SHANNON TRIANGLE BLOCK SEMILLON 2019

Shannon Vineyards, Elgin, boutique estate with an enviable reputation as one of South Africa’s finest wine producers. This naturally fermented Semillon is matured on the lees for 3 months in 100% new French oak. Very distinctive musky nose combining ginger, cardamom and a citrus in a mineral flinty style. A fuller mouth feel adds to the complexity of the wine and is redolent of an Old World Semillon.
