Shannon Vineyards is a boutique wine estate located in cold climate Elgin Valley (southeast of Cape Town) with an enviable reputation as one of South Africa’s finest fruit (especially grape) producers. This is only their second vintage of Chardonnay – unoaked, medium to full bodied, citrus & floras notes, well balanced – perfect with shellfish and white meat dishes.
