Most Verdejos are light & citrusy – great with tapas, appetisers & seafood. Since the 2017 vintage Quintaluna now has longer lees contact and the inclusion of barrel fermented parcels. The result is more finesse, concentration and complexity than before: softly styled with a delicious ‘leesy’ complexity of buttered toast & almonds, gentle stone fruit & spicy notes. Medium to full bodied and really persistent, this will pair better with richer fish dishes or paella.
