Only the finest hand-harvested fruit from the Bendigo region was used to create this dry Riesling which shows beautiful floral and citrus aromatics. Flavours of elderflower, lime and lemon peel are balanced by wonderful mineral acidity. Pairs nicely with goats cheese soufflé, sashimi, pan seared snapper, ceviche, or as an aperitif.
