PAYTEN JONES LEUCONOE SANGIOVESE YEAR NO. 4 NV

Made from Sangiovese (Tuscan grape for Chianti & Brunello) this wine is actually ‘non-vintage’. Using a ‘solera’ system (like Sherry) wine is blended from aged and current barrels to make this ‘NV selection’. It’s delicious! Rustic, complex, slightly bitter yet with ripe fruit it’s one of the most interesting Sangioveses you’ll come across.
