Larry Cherubino is one of Australia’s most recognised winemakers and Laissez Faire is one of Larry’s range of natural wines. They are the ultimate expression of natural winemaking made in small batches from hand-harvested grapes. The fruit is sourced from ideally situated vineyards with low density plantings or dry-grown bush vines in favourable micro-climates.

Larry Cherubino's "Laissez-Faire" range are his natural wines - small batches, hand-harvested grapes, very carefully sourced fruit, and less  additions and maximise purity - all made to express a sense of 'terroir'. If you’re used to Alsatian rieslings this one is definitely worth a try. Bone dry, should probably be enjoyed with food (asian, spicy) until it matures a little.
