LARRY CHERUBINO LAISSEZ FAIRE FIANO 2021

Larry Cherubino's "Laissez-Faire" range are his natural wines: small batches, hand-harvested grapes, very carefully sourced fruit, and less  additions to maximise purity and sense of 'terroir'. Usually quite restrained, this Fiano (a grape usually grown in Italy) is quite rich on the nose and 'fruit-forward' on the palate. Drink 2022 – 2025.
