Who says Pinotage is always heavy, high alcohol, headache material? Not so with this superb light (only 12% ABV) Pinotage from Illimis Wines. Not ‘thin’ though – this has good structure and intense flavour of juicy plums, potpourri and earthy characters with sour cherry notes and fine grained tannins on the finish.
