From Mercurey in the Côte Chalonnaise in Burgundy, this wonderful soft crémant is made from a blend of 82% Pinot Noir and 18% Chardonnay. Refined with elegant bubbles, delicate notes of red berries on the nose, clear and fruity on the palate, with finesse, length and freshness. Perfect apéritif and great with seafood.
