GRAPPA DI AMARONE DELLA VALPOLICELLA
TommasiThe Tommasi Amarone grappa is distilled in April using the traditional method, made with the marcs of AMARONE della Valpolicella.
The grape ‘pomace’ (ie. brandy) with it’s high alcohol content and lots of residual sugar give a particular harmony and roundness of flavour on the palate to the grappa.
