MARCHESI DI BAROLO GAVI 2020

From legendary producer Marchesi di Barolo, a very light wine made from Cortese grapes in Piemont, north Italy. Vinified in stainless steel tanks, so no oak at all, finely balanced, delicate, elegant. Pairs well with most appetisers, fish dishes and as an aperitif.
