FEUDO DISISA GRILLO 2019

Grillo is a white grape exclusively grown in Sicily (and also used to make Marsala) and the 12th century Feudo Disisa estate makes this delicious example. Fermented in stainless steel tanks, it has an aromatic nose of ripe orchard fruit; on the palate the full, ripe fruit continues with a creamy long finish. Pairs well with grilled chicken and white fish.
