ETNA BIANCO DE AETNA TERRA COSTANTINO 2018

From organically farmed volcanic vineyards on the high slopes of Mt Etna, this is made from 80% indigenous grape Carricante (and 20% Catarratto & Minnella). It combines citrus and tropical fruit with balanced acidity and slight smokiness and a long salty, fresh finish. Good as aperitif or with all sorts of fish and vegetables. Organic.
