Extra-dry, this spumante has aromas of peach and pear with just the right amount of acidity adding freshness and drive, without hindering the generous fruit which makes Circo such an appealing and superior Prosecco. The perfect aperitif, this wine is a brilliant accompaniment to a bowl of almonds, a plate of salami or a few well-chosen nibbles. Made from 85% Glera and 15% Chardonnay.
