Lovely, very lightly oaked Mâcon. Mineral, light citrus notes, demonstrating a pleasing balance of roundness and citrus freshness. Wooden notes add complexity and richness to the palette. Equally great as an aperitif or to accompany a freshwater fish or a creamy chicken dish. Serving temperature : 10 to 12C. It can be enjoyed now, or laid down for 1-3 years.
