CHATEAU DE CHAMIREY MERCUREY BLANC 2020

Owned and operated by Domaines Devillard who have the prestigious Domaine des Perdrix in the Cote d’Or. Most wine from Mercurey is red but Château De Chamirey make this delightful white (chardonnay). Perfectly balanced and only lightly oaked with a nice long finish – perfect with fish and white meats. Serve in good sized glass at around 10C between now and 2025.
