CHATEAU PAS DU CERF ROUGE 2021

Typical southern French red grape varieties are used to make this blend of Syrah (80%) Grenache (10%) and Mourvèdre (10%) resulting in crushed red fruits and Provence herbs on the nose which carry on to the palate with added backbone and a long smooth finish. Enjoy at around 16 – 18C for the next 5 years. Organic.
