CHATEAU DE LA GAUDE MADEMOISELLE ROSÉ 2022

A superb example of light Provence rosé. Made from Grenache (60%) & Cinsault (40%) but unlike it’s sister wine (Garance) the Mademoiselle is matured in French oak barrels, giving very expressive notes of small red fruits and grapefruit. A round ‘mouthfeel’ and well balanced acidity make it an ideal aperitif, but will also pair well with vegetarian dishes and light fish dishes. Organic.
