CHATEAU DE LA GAUDE HORTENSE BLANC 2022

Made from 50% Vermentino and 50% Sémillon, all hand-harvested and partly aged in terracotta amphora, this elegant Provence white shows minerality but a slight honeyed fruitiness on the palate with a surprising light touch. Perfect as an aperitif as well as with risottos, light fish and white meat dishes. Organic.
