Barbaresco reaches maturity after 3 years from the harvest and the plateau of maturity between 3 and 20 years. The aroma is intense with clean scents of fruits and spices. The taste is full, but harmonious and balanced, with soft tannins. This kind of wine is perfect with pasta dishes, especially dressed with meat sauce, also good with ravioli pasta, red meats, roasts, stews, and medium-strength cheeses.
