Tommasi’s wonderful Amarone is a powerful blend of Corvina Veronese (50%) Corvinone (15%) Rondinella (30%) and Oseleta (5%). Grapes are picked then partially dried for 4 months before being pressed. The taste is complex, smooth, full bodied, lots of cherry notes and plum. Serve with red meats, game and ripe cheeses.
