ALOIS LAGEDER AM SAND GEWURZTRAMINER 2021

From organic & biodynamic producer Alois Legeder in the Alto Adige region of northern Italy. A delightful wine with a bouquet of tropical fruits (quince, passion fruit), followed by a medium-bodied, mouth-filling, savoury-fruity, fresh flavour with a surprisingly long palate.
Best enjoyed between 2-8 years as an aperitif or with flavoursome starters such as pâté and terrines, grilled or fried fish and seafood, or Asian food.
