A barrel fermented white wine from Rioja made from the Viura grape (aka Macabeo in other regions) which are harvested by hand quite late to obtain a slight over-ripeness, then aged in American oak barrels. The result is a vibrant, fresh flavour of tropical and citrus fruits with notes of herbs; rich ‘mouthfeel’ and a nice long finish, qualities that will improve with bottle ageing.

Pairs well with seafood, white meats & pasta dishes. Serve around 8°C.
