VALPOLICELLA CLASSICO SUPERIORE DOC RAFAEL 2021

The TOMMASI family vineyard RAFAÈL is perfectly situated on the most prestigious hill of the region and produces what may be the best grapes for the production of "Valpolicella Classico Superiore". The combination of careful attention to the cultivation of this ancient vineyard, rigorous selection of grapes and their meticulous vinification, contribute to the creation of this extraordinary wine in understandably limited quantities.

A wonderful blend of Corvina Veronese 60%, Rondinella 25% and Molinara 15% it is intense ruby red in colour; on the nose it has dried spices perfumes, with accents of leather and cherry flavors. The taste is fairly intense, spicy with sweet cherry flavours. Well balanced and pleasantly tannic it will go very well with white and red meats as well as most cheeses.
