You don’t expect such high quality Pinot to come out of Bulgaria but Edoardo Miroglio’s winemaker learnt his trade in Piedmont, Italywhere Barolo is made and his finesse is evident. This is great value Pinot – lovely bouquet, silky tannins, sweet red fruits, elegant with a long, savoury finish, it could be from Burgundyand at half the price.
