CHATEAU DE CHAMIREY MERCUREY BLANC 2021

Owned and operated by Domaines Devillard who have the prestigious Domaine des Perdrix in the Cote d’Or. Most wine from Mercurey is red but Ch. De Chamirey make this delightful white (chardonnay). Perfectly balanced, quite rich but only lightly oaked, good long finish – perfect with white meats. Serve in good sized glass at 10-12C between 2022 - 2026
