MARCHESI DI BAROLO ROERO ARNEIS DOCG 2022

Roero is a very small wine district in the hill of Piemont. Arneis means ‘Little rascal’ because it is notoriously difficult to grow. Unoaked, fresh, fragrant with green apple, acacia flowers and peach flavours. Lovely aperitif and goes really well with traditional appetisers like  Vitello Tonnato (veal with tuna sauce), soufflé, pasta with vegetables; also perfect for raw or marinated fish.
