BELGUARDO VERMENTINO 2021

This Vermentino is made by the Mazzei family on the Maremma coast in Tuscany. Pleasant, dry, quite mineraly, but unlike say an Albarino (also coastal) this isn’t very saline because although the vineyards are only 10kms from the coast, they are in the hills about 100m above sea level, so instead you get this aromatic, slightly floral flavour with a hint of peaches.
