Located just north of Beaune and one of a few Burgundian appellations to make red & white wine, this Pernand- Vergelesses is quite a full bodied chardonnay; oaked with concentrated fruit yet carefully balanced. Serve with grilled fish, white meats (try chicken with cream and wild mushrooms). Organic.
