VILLIERA TRADITION BRUT NV

The Grier family are among the pioneers of sparkling wine in SA. Extremely environmentally aware they use solar power most of the year and  haven’t used insecticide for about 15yrs (they use 1000 Peking ducks instead!). This MCC blend (50% Chardonnay, 30% Pinot Noir, 16% Pinotage, 4% Pinot Meunier) is nicely balanced:  yeasty complexity with fresh zestiness.
