DOMAINE DES PERDRIX NUITS ST GEORGES 2017

Beautiful deep and intense dark colour.

On the nose - rich blackcurrant, blueberry and spices. On the palate - the wine is powerful with smooth spices, cinnamon and nutmeg. Well structured with tannins which are present but smooth. Long aftertaste. Thos Nuits-Saint-Georges will perfectly match with beef ribs, beef steak, as well as goat's cheese.

It can be enjoyed from now (16 - 18C) or cellared for between 5 to 8 years. Wonderful ageing potential.
