Domaines Devillard owns 99% of this Premier Cru located on limestone and clay soil. One of the most beautiful and qualitative Premier Cru of the Appellation.

Beautiful garnet colour with purple tints. The nose is intense and powerful. It develops strong notes of ripened fruits and chocolate hints.

On the palate, the wine is full and generous. The structure is rich but integrated. Long aftertaste with a lovely harmony. The Nuits-Saint-Georges Premier Cru Aux Perdrix will perfectly match with meats in sauce as beef bourguignon or coq au vin, red meat (prime cuts of beef, leg of lamb) as well as strong cheese. It can be served at 13-14° C or kept in cellar between 8 to 10 years.
