NADAL BRUT RESERVA ORIGINAL

Formerly recognised as one of the top 10 quality producers of Cava, Nadal recently moved away from the Cava ‘appellation’ which encompasses different areas in Spain all with different characteristics, and is now part of Corpinat, a group of 6 family-owned producers of Reserva sparkling wines only from the Penedès region, where Cava originated.

Organic, hand-harvested, aged for 28 months and complying with a long list of strict conditions, brands under the Corponat umbrella are widely considered the very finest sparkling wines of Penedès

The Nadal Family have owned this estate for more than 500 years. They have recently moved to organic farming and still produce wines only from their own estate. This Brut Reserva, made from Macabeo, Parallada & Xarel-lo is aged for 24 months in bottle – toasty, fruity aromas, a wonderful aperitif.
