Larry Cherubino is one of Australia’s most recognised winemakers and Laissez Faire is one of Larry’s range of natural wines. They are the ultimate expression of natural winemaking made in small batches from hand-harvested grapes. The fruit is sourced from ideally situated vineyards with low density plantings or dry-grown bush vines in favourable micro-climates.

Larry created this label to express a true sense of the ‘terroir’ in Western Australia. The Laissez Faire range is made with a conscious decision to reduce additions and maximise purity and quality. If you’re used to Alsatian rieslings this one is worth a try.
