Castello di Fonterutoli has been owned by the Mazzei family since 1435. Although not certified organic, the cellar takes eco-friendly to a whole new level: all wines are handmade, the Ser Lapo being 90% Sangiovese & 10% Merlot. On the palate – ripe cherries, spices and cigar box undertones. Wonderful long finish.
