Beautiful deep and intense dark colour.
On the nose - rich blackcurrant, blueberry and spices. On the palate - the wine is powerful with smooth spices, cinnamon and nutmeg. Well structured with tannins which are present but smooth. Long aftertaste. Nuits-Saint-Georges will perfectly match with beef ribs, beef steak, as well as goat cheese.
It can be served from now at 13-14° C or kept in cellar between 8-10 years. Wonderful ageing potential.
