ULTREIA GODELLO, BIERZO, PAUL PEREZ 2022

Renowned Spanish winemaker Raúl Pérez is famous for producing wines that are elegant, fresh, balanced and truly demonstrate a sense of place.

Godello is quite a rare white grape variety mostly found in northern  Spain and in this example, Bierzo in the northwest. It’s quite rich on the palate but nicely balanced with lively acidity, gentle salinity, citrus and ripe pear. Lovely by itself or enjoy with a variety of dishes including fish, light risotto & veggie dishes. Drink now or cellar for up to 15 years.
