Complex bouquet of orange blossom, melon, dried apricot and ginger spice. On the palate, a tangy acidity with flavours of pear, lime and green apple. The wine has a beautiful minerality, as well as a light creamy texture from the lees contact in barrel. Drink now to 2030.
