A superb white blend from boutique producer David & Nadia Sadie using organic farming principles and grapes from 12 different vineyards (mostly bush vines) from the Cape’s northern wine region called Swartland. Chenin Blanc, Viognier, Roussanne Semillon & Clairette Blanche. Rich, complex yet fresh style. Delicious.
