This is the flagship wine from Domaine Sainte Lucie, makers of MiP (Made in Provence) & Domaine des Diables.  Made from 60% Syrah & 40% Grenache yet completely different from it’s siblings – much more floral, aromatic. More suited to spicy dishes than most Provence rosés (paella, stir fry & oriental cuisine) or  enjoy as an aperitif.
