CHATEAU DE CHAMIREY MERCUREY ROUGE 2021

The Domaine of Château de Chamirey, planted in the best terroirs of Mercurey, covers 95 acres of which 38 are located amongst the most renowned Premiers Crus of the appellation. Chateau de Chamirey has a silky texture, and is very fruity - typically cherry flavours.

A dense ruby colour; on the nose: intense blackcurrant and blueberry aromas as well as soft spices (cinnamon, nutmeg).

On the palate, again blackcurrant, blueberry and spices notes. Tannins are smooth and delicate.

This Mercurey Rouge will perfectly match with starters, cooked pork meat, white meat and soft cheese.

Serve between 15 - 18°C and enjoy now until 2027
