MILLTON TE ARAI CHENIN BLANC 2020

Established in 1984, Millton Vineyards & Winery is New Zealand’s first organic and biodynamic wine estate. Located on the banks of the Te Arai River, near Manutuke, Gisbourne, (NZ North Island) the winery has gained a world-renowned reputation for it’s Chenin Blanc, widely considered as one of the best in the world outside the Loire (The Te Arai vineyard Chenin is included in the book '1001 Wines you must try before you die').

Hand harvests and meticulous attention to detail in the vineyard result in this delicious medium bodied, well balanced Chenin with fragrant aromas of fresh lime and flavours of ripe stone fruit, citrus, blossom, honey, and minerality. The wine is vibrant and will show it’s maturity over a very long period of time (ageing potential is at least 10 years from date of release).
