MAHI PINOT GRIS 2022

Owner & winemaker Brian Bicknell (ex Seresin which we also sell) learnt his trade in Sancerre in the Loire. All his wines are made with a hands-off approach (minimal intervention) and with an emphasis on texture offering true palate satisfaction. This Pinot Gris is lighter than others, drier and less aromatic. Elegant structure with creamy mid-palate and a nice ‘waxy’ mouthfeel that makes it a good accompaniment to food.
