The Attems Trebes from the Frescobaldi familywho also own Ornellaia, Tenuta Luce, & Masseto is a great example: it’s a refreshing white from Venezia Giulia in north-east Italybordering Slovenia. It is unoakedmade in steel tanks, light12.5% and has delicate floral aromas with lime and ripe soft fruits on the palate, and a light slightly saline finish. Ideal with light dishes, and served around 8ºC
