PYRAMID VALLEY NORTH CANTERBURY CHARDONNAY 2022

Pyramid Valley Wines, one of NZ’ finest organic & biodynamic estates, are new to the UK and we are proud to represent them in Jersey. This chardonnay is part of their Appellation Seriesthe Botanical Collection being their premium range which aims to showcase the terroir of the Waipara region.

Lovely bouquet of pear and citrus fruits, with an underlying savoury complexity. The palate is vibrant with good balance and length, showing a mixture of ripe fruit and savoury elements that North Canterbury is renowned for.
